Everton veterans Leon Osman and Tony Hibbert hoping to get new deals to stay at Goodison
Pair are out of contract but are keen to hold talks with new boss Ronald Koeman and earn to new deal with the Blues
EVERTON stalwarts Leon Osman and Tony Hibbert are both keen to stay on at Goodison Park when their contracts expire at the end of this month.
The pair, who are both 35, were named on the Blues’ released list earlier this month.
However, they are keen to hold talks with new Toffees boss Ronald Koeman before making a decision on their next move.
If Koeman does not see them as part of his plans, then they will start talking with other clubs, but the pair remain in the dark with neither having been spoken to as yet.
Osman and Hibbert have been at the club since they were aged nine and 10 respectively – they have played 741 games between them.
