AN MMA fight between a 37-STONE male blogger and a female bantamweight has been branded 'sickening and shameful' by a UFC referee.
Darina Madzyuk incredibly forced her giant rival Grigory Chistyakov to tap out in the first round of the bizarre contest despite the 28st weight difference.
Chistyakov had predictably tried to use his massive frame to squash his opponent and had her pinned against the side of the cage for almost a minute.
She managed to survive the crushing opening stages and several blows to the head before the pair were separated.
Madzyuk - who has a record of 3 wins in her 4 fights - then managed to fell her opponent with several blows to the head before a ground-and-pound assault forced him to tap out.
The fight was the highlight of the 'Our Business' event in Russia.
But top UFC ref and former fighter Marc Goddard has spoken out against the match-up.
Birmingham-born Goddard, who won 7 of his 14 fights as an MMA fighter before swtiching to refereering, tweeted: "This is what we are dealing with – in 2020
“This is what we are fighting against as the parallels & negative connotations are continually drawn.
“To outsiders & detractors this is MMA. Shameful. Sickening. Abysmal.”

UFC legend Michael Bisping decided to poke fun at the whole affair.
Referring to the Austin Powers character, he called Chistyakov the 'Russian Fat B*****d'.
After his defeat the bulky blogger vowed to focus on his fitness and prepare for another bout.
"After this fight, I will start to train actively.
“I will try to lead more or less a healthy lifestyle. Blogger Nastya Tuki-Tuk will be my coach.”
Discussing his loss, he accepted: “It happened. She hit me fine and I fell. Although she is small, I lay on her back, but she did not fall, and then I didn’t know what to do.”
