So, what are you waiting for? Pick up a pencil and go for it!

HOW TO DRAW A FURY KNOCKDOWN

Here's the essential elements - no previous experience, just guidelines and practice.

Start with an oval for the head, then lines indicating the spine, shoulders, hips, arms and legs.

By following the step-by-step progressions you will discover the figures develop into the final stage.

Even those picking up a pencil for the first time will be able to draw a figure and perform a skill they never realised they had.

HOW TO DRAW A FURY PORTRAIT

An oval for the head, then a line from the top of the oval to the bottom.

Then draw lines indicating the eyes, the nose and the mouth.

By following the step-by-step progression you will discover you have drawn Fury's portrait.

THE TYSON FURY BALANCE CHALLENGE

Tyson stands at 6ft 9in tall, weighs 19 stones and has the balance of a ballerina in the ring.

He's never flat-footed and seems to always have one foot off the canvas.

Tyson will showboat, hands behind his back and hands in the air.

Check your balance, stand on one leg and close your eyes tight.

No cheating! If you can maintain your balance for 30 seconds, you're a contender. Any more and you might just be a champion.
