AMAZON is currently offering a massive discount on a big-name robot vacuum, with a feature that's rare at this price point.
Shoppers are rushing to pick up the self-emptying Ecovacs Deebot N8+ for £199, reduced from £339.

This handy little appliance has a marked deal price of £219, but if you you can save an extra £20 when you pay at the checkout.
We're between sales right now: Easter Weekend has been and gone, Amazon's Spring Sale wrapped up last month, and we're a few months away yet from Prime Day (dates unconfirmed but always in July).
But this exceptional deal, which I spotted on Amazon's list, has proved a major hit with shoppers.

But it's not just about the price drop: the N8+ also caught my eye because of a feature that's a serious rarity among robo vacs at this price point.
In fairness, it's got loads of features you won't see in budget-end robot vacuums, like LiDAR laser mapping (it will chart the layout of your home) and an additional mop function.
But it's the self-emptying capabilities of the N8+ that stand out the most.

Among most budget and mid-range robot vacs (I'm talking between £150 and £300) you will need to manual empty their containers, much like you would with a typical vacuum.
But the Deebot N8+, when it returns to its charging station, will automatically eject its contents into the attached chamber.
