Ocado down UPDATES: Hundreds of customers report issues accessing online supermarket website

OCADO has gone down for hundreds with customers experiencing issues accessing the website.

More than 500 customers logged complaints on the Downdetector website, which measures outages, this afternoon.

One user wrote on X: “Ocado, is your app / website down? I need to edit my order by this evening and it’s not letting me in.”

A spokesman for Ocado apologised for the outage and said its technical team was “working hard to get everything back up and running smoothly”.
