Ocado down UPDATES: Hundreds of customers report issues accessing online supermarket website

OCADO has gone down for hundreds with customers experiencing issues accessing the website.
More than 500 customers logged complaints on the Downdetector website, which measures outages, this afternoon.
One user wrote on X: "Ocado, is your app / website down? I need to edit my order by this evening and it’s not letting me in."
A spokesman for Ocado apologised for the outage and said its technical team was "working hard to get everything back up and running smoothly".

Complaints subside
After a small uptick in the number of reported complaints on Downdetector, issues have now plummeted.
As of 5.08pm, only 141 reported issues were flagged on the website.
Reported issues spike again
Issues with Ocado appear to be spiking once again, with the latest number of complaints on Downdetector at 313.
This is still down from a peak of 559 at 2.36pm this afternoon though.
'We're sorry' - Ocado statement
Ocado has just posted this statement on its X account:
"Hey, We're so sorry you're experiencing issues with our website right now. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our team is working hard to get everything back up and running smoothly. We're hoping to have the site back online soon.
