Stanley Quencher review: quick summary
With the ‘clean girl’ aesthetic dominating TikTok and every influencer sharing stories of how hydration transformed their body, skin and hair, it’s no surprise that the 1.2 litre Stanley Cup was a hit across the US last year.
All of us here in the UK were surfing the internet for dupes, and although there were many out there (more on that below), nothing quite matched the original.
So, when the brand announced it would be launching the viral product in the UK, I was ready and waiting for the collection to drop.
I opted for the eucalyptus shade and went for the classic Stanley Quencher H2.0 Flowstate Tumbler 40oz style. I love the unique colour, and the handle and straw features make it really convenient to drink from. Although it’s a big bit of kit, it does make staying hydrated easier than ever.
Bupa UK recommends that most adults need 1.5 - 2 litres of water per day, so getting through just one Stanley Cup means you’re right on track to hit that. Like many others, I'm focusing on our health more and more, so this is a huge tick in the healthy daily habits check box.

Stanley Quencher review: first impressions
I first saw the Stanley Quencher cup on Pinterest and immediately investigated where I could get my hands on it.
It didn’t take long to find out that it wasn’t available to buy in the UK, and despite there being many lookalike water botles on the market, I was hesitant to invest in something that wasn’t the real deal.
So you can imagine my excitement when learnt that the cult cup would be dropping in the UK back in May.
Although it is slightly pricier than most thermal tumblers with an RRP of £44.99, after giving it a try, I do think that it’s worth it if health and hydration are something you take seriously.
When it arrived at my door, I immediately unpacked the box and found the eucalyptus cup beneath wrapped paper. With a large handle that’s easy to grip and a reusable straw, it looks sleek and stylish while also being practical.
Keen to get hydrated, I immediately filled it up and was (perhaps naively) surprised at how heavy it became.
It was a WFH day so I only had to take it from the kitchen to the living room desk, but my first thought was that it may not be very practical as an on-the-go water bottle.
