THERE'S nothing better than a fresh blow-dry, but if you're looking for a way to recreate the blow-dry experience at home we have the tool for you.

Dyson's Airwrap has long been our favourite tool for a bouncy blow dry, but we've found a dupe that's only £60.

BaByliss Hydro Fusion Air Styler, £60, Lookfantastic

Costing only £60, The BaByliss Hydro Fusion Air Styler is a tool that'll help you get that salon-worth look for a lot less.

Available from, it costs just £60 which is a far cry away from

Babyliss say their tool will help you to achieve a "flawless blow-dry with the " which "uses advanced air technology to straighten and curl hair.

"The moisture balancing ionic system combines positive and negative ions to hydrate the hair, ensuring the locks look smooth and sleek rather than dry and brittle."

Sounds good right? So does saving £390.

So we put the through its paces.

With soft polishing brushes and a ceramic barrel at first look, we were pleased.

Plus the barrel itself is a decent, large size - something that helps create extra volume.

I first started by drying my hair till it was 80% dry, and detangling, before swapping tools to the Babyliss.

There are a number of heat settings which is good to stop damaging your hair with excess.

Firstly you brush your hair under the section; leaving it there for a short time to increase volume, and then use the brush to lift your hair at your roots as you dry and move your brush down your hair.

It's here, where the has an extra trick up its sleeve.

The also has a rotating function which takes a bit of practice - but once you nail the motion, it'll give you those lovely, swooshy blow-dry finish to the lengths of your hair we all want.

You're supposed to move the appliance down your hair and start rotating the brush away from your head, this'll create tension throughout the strand of hair; thus giving that blow-dry finish.

This motion in itself takes a bit of practice, and you're better off starting slow as you can easily find hair tangled around if you're not careful.

However, once you've got the knack of it, you'll find it'll give you those lovely, slightly curled ends we all want from our blow-dry.

Word of warning, move too fast or not fast enough and hair can easily get wrapped around.

I found that a few pieces would get easily tangled when I started but was easy to untrap the hair, by unwrapping manually and using the rotating brush head in the opposite direction.

Let's face it, none of us have time for a blow dry each morning, but for frizz-free, smooth and sleek hair; you can't go wrong with the

It gives salon-worthy, blow-dry results without the price tag, and it's made its way firmly into our dresser.

It's a fierce rival to the Airwrap, and when you factor in the £390 price tag you can't go wrong.
