Our perceptions of Fergie may change after new book – what she presents in public is very different, says biographer
THE perception of Fergie, who was once married to Prince Andrew may change when new book on her life comes out.
According to Andrew Lownie, a royal biographer, his new book launching next year will reveal all.
Speaking exclusively on The Sun's Royal Exclusive show, Andrew said: "My biography is a joint biography of him (Prince Andrew) and Sarah Ferguson and I think our perceptions on Ferguson may well change after the book is published."
"I would put her up there as a joint villain."
While The Sun’s Royal Editor Matt Wilkinson said Fergie holds a spot as a National Treasure who keeps picking herself up after each blow, Andrew questions how authentic it is.
Fergie has been open about her battle with breast cancer along with malignant melanoma, the most aggressive form of skin cancer.

The Duchess of York has also had to battle with the public stigma of her divorce from Prince Andrew, with whom she shares two children, Beatrice and Eugenie.
But Andrew says this is just the perception she puts out.
"That's the impression that she gives, but I think what she presents in public and in reality is very different," Andrew continued.
The biographer kept tight-lipped about what was in the book, which is set to launch next year, but we already know Fergie has been involved in public scandals.
In 1992 Prince Andrew and Fergie had separated, Sarah's 33rd birthday was overshadowed by the publication of a critical biography by the journalist Chris Hutchins, revealing her affairs with Steve Wyatt and John Bryan.
Her 35th birthday was marked by the couple getting a divorce as well as the release of an embarrassing biography by her own father.
It seems Fergie's birthday's are often clouded with bad news, her planned party for 300 people for her 50th was scrapped due to her financial problems, switching it for a dinner for a dozen people.
And while her luck seemed to have changed ten years later, when she held a pink champagne party at Royal Lodge for 100, it was overshadowed by a Channel 4 programme, The Prince & the Paedophile, which revealed that Jeffrey Epstein had 13 phone numbers for Andrew in his address book.
While the two still remain friends and live together at the Royal Lodge, it seems Fergie was eager to get away amid the Royal Lodge money row.
Fergie who has started her own TikTok account, shared she was going away for some early Christmas cheer.
Inside Prince Andrew's 'crumbling' Royal Lodge
THE disgraced Duke of York resides at the £30million Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park, Berkshire - at least for now.
King Charles has redoubled his efforts to evict the Duke - with insiders branding the stand-off the "siege of Royal Lodge".
Despite his divorce from Sarah Ferguson in 1996, Prince Andrew lives with his ex-wife at the countryside estate.
Prince Andrew's royal residence, with its eye-catching white exterior, boasts 30 rooms with plenty of space for entertaining, plus seven bedrooms spread across the two topmost floors.
The Duke of York is said to spend all day "watching TV in a dark room" like a prisoner at his "crumbling" home.
Royal Lodge is said to "need extensive repairs", thought to be about £400,000 a year.
The monarch is said to be becoming increasingly frustrated at Andrew’s refusal to care for the colossal mansion.
Andrew is said to have promised he would take care of its expensive repairs - despite having no apparent source of income.
The now 65-year-old was heading to the capital of Austria as she filmed herself in the airport.
The mum-of-two beamed: “It's Monday and I decided that we need to get the Christmas spirit going.
“Heathrow Airport on my way to Vienna.
“And what am I doing in Vienna? I am going to see [the] Christmas fair.”

Clearly overjoyed, with Prince Andrew not in sight, she added: “The airports are just so exciting.
“It's a new adventure, new day, new journey. Let's go.”
