PRINCE Andrew was snapped leering down the top of a young woman at an official engagement.

The Duke of York, currently engulfed in a spy scandal, zoomed in on an events manager at a visit to a company in the early 2000s.

The young woman said that during the visit, the Prince was only 'interested in looking at my boobs', and that she found it 'creepy'

The woman, who was 24 at the time, recalled: “He wouldn’t leave me alone.

“As soon as he saw me he darted over for a chat.

“I was young, blonde, slim and attractive.

“He seemed a lot more inclined to speak to me than the middle-aged female MD.”

She was later shown a pic of him leering at her cleavage at the offices in the south of England.

She said: “I was wearing a low-cut top, but had a jacket on so wasn’t dressed outrageously.

“I must have been listening to my MD talk and was looking her way, so hadn’t noticed him staring.

“Andrew obviously had other things on his mind.

“He was more interested in looking at my boobs than learning about our business.

“It was a bit creepy.”

She then felt even queasier years later when he was accused of having sex with underage girls — which he denies — supplied by his billionaire pal Jeffrey Epstein.

The woman, now a mum in her 40s, said: “When it all came out, it made my tummy turn.”

It comes after it emerged Andrew, 64, would not join other royals at Christmas over his links to ­suspected Chinese spy Yang Tengbo.

Beijing yesterday accused MPs of smearing China and said the UK should “stop creating trouble”.
