LADY Louise Windsor has been snapped at the annual royal horse show - riding an electric bike.

The royal, 20, was seen today on the Windsor Castle grounds, with her mum Sophie Wessex and dad Prince Edward nearby.

Lady Louise sported a Royal Windsor Horse Show gilet as she rode the muddy electric bike along a path.

Her mum Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, was spotted beaming and chatting away to people elsewhere.

Prince Edward, the Duke of Edinburgh, could be seen socialising, too.

Lady Louise appeared to be helping out at the show when she was spotted on a ENGWE EP-2 Pro bike, an ebike too powerful to ride on public roads.

Just yesterday King Charles shared a tender hug with his niece Zara Tindall at the show.

Excited to get back to public duties, the 75-year-old monarch was beaming at the rain-soaked event, donning a smart camel trench coat and brown suit.

The King is "raring to go" and "supercharged his diary" as he has cancer treatment, says a palace source.

Charles was snapped tenderly embracing niece Zara Tindall, a former Olympian horse rider, in his third royal engagement this week.

He also cracked jokes and laughed with horse riders on the track sidelines.

Charles joined the event just like his mother used to.

Prince Philip ‘leaves granddaughter Lady Louise, 17, his beloved ponies and carriage’

The late Queen would regularly turn up as a spectator at the horse show, which is held at Windsor Castle.

Charles was last spotted, with Camilla by his side, on Sunday at Crathie Church service in Aberdeen.

It is the second time the pair has been spotted since Buckingham Palace revealed the King would be returning to public-facing duties.

His Majesty chose to make his public comeback by visiting a cancer hospital earlier on last week.

He spoke to staff and patients with Camilla, 76, on St George's Day.

As a patron of MacMillan Cancer Support, Charles wanted the visit to raise awareness of the importance of early diagnosis and highlight innovative research supported by Cancer Research UK, which takes place at the hospital.

Lady Louise has always seemed to enjoy a down-to-earth life.

Who is Lady Louise Windsor?

Lady Louise Mountbatten-Windsor was born at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey on November 8, 2003.

She was born prematurely and was delivered by emergency c-section.

Louise went to school in Windsor before she moved to St Mary's School Ascot in 2017.

After her A-levels, Louise enrolled at the University of St Andrews in September 2022.

She also has a younger brother, James, who became the Earl of Wessex heir apparent.

A royal insider previously told The Sun: "The Queen loves the fact that Louise and James relish their time at Balmoral, and she has become particularly close to Louise, who seems to have become her favourite grandchild, closely followed by James.

"Louise also endeared herself to everyone by looking after William and Kate’s children when they were up here.

"Louise loves drawing and sketching and was very patiently trying to get Charlotte to do pictures of rabbits and deer.

"Because of her obvious artistic skill, the Queen allowed Louise to look through some of the collection of Queen Victoria’s Highlands sketches which are kept at Balmoral but are rarely dug out these days."

Ingrid Seward, who is the editor-in-chief of Majesty magazine, told Fabulous Digital that the Queen likes "ordinary people more than she does those that pander to her".

Louise also enjoys carriage driving and reportedly learnt the art from her grandfather, Prince Philip.

The royal left his beloved ponies and carriage to his granddaughter on his death.

She was seen carriage driving at a Platinum Jubilee event attended by the Queen in Windsor on May 15, 2022.

Last year she was seen driving her second-hand VW Polo, which she saved up to buy with her £7-an-hour job.

The then-19-year-old was seen driving around the Windsor Royal Estate in the vehicle.

Looking confident behind the wheel, Lady Louise was seen wearing glasses with her hair tied back in a ponytail.

A source told The Sun she saved up for the bright blue car while working at a local garden centre, earning £6.83 an hour.

Her job responsibilities included working the tills, greeting customers and pruning the plants, with an onlooker claiming she was "polite and attentive" and "seemed to be loving the job".

Our insider said: "The idea of taking a summer job came from Louise herself, who had been saving for her first car which she could use to practice on the private roads of the Windsor estate.

"The amount she saved from her first job was matched by her parents, and she bought a second-hand blue VW Polo and went on to pass her driving test first time."

The royal spent time at the weekend doing the hobby she shared with the late Prince Philip - carriage-driving.

The Duke of Edinburgh had been teaching Lady Louise how to drive, and even left his beloved ponies and carriage to her in his will when he passed away in 2021.
