The duke is coming back to the UK to mark the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games and will touch down after his father makes his public comeback tomorrow.

The King is set to visit a cancer hospital - 11 weeks after opening up about being diagnosed with the disease himself.

Our Royal Editor Matt is here to answer your burning questions - from what treatment the Monarch is receiving to how he makes himself feel better.

Matt also lays out what we know about Harry's trip - and if Meghan will ever return to Britain.

Will Meghan ever return to the UK? Joanna

Meghan has shown very little interest in doing anything in the UK since Megxit.

Interestingly, the Sussex camp has neither confirmed nor denied whether Meghan will join Harry when he flies over next week.

The Sussex camp has carefully worded their announcement Meghan won't be at the service but will join Harry for their Nigeria trip.

Is she coming or not? I get the impression the Sussexes are waiting to test the reaction before making a decision or announcement this time.

Talks could be happening in the background in a vain hope that Meghan could arrive with their children and meet the King. She could join Harry at other Invictus events held next week.

Charles will never let Harry back as part-time royal - but reconciliation with William will be even tougher, says expert

But I think she knows that she is not welcome and being the centre of attention will not go down well. Yes, I'd expect her to return on the odd occasion for major events like funerals, marriages or coronations, like Wallis Simpson would. But as for next week? Watch this space.

How is King Charles doing now? Is he really on the road to recovery? Alison

The King has made it very clear to his aides that he feels he is raring to go after being told his recovery was going well.

There has been optimism ever since he appeared at the Easter Sunday service. This is the event where he attended the service at St George's Chapel and shook hands with around 60 well-wishers. His staff said it was a "positive" day.

The King is the driving force behind this public comeback. He's been told the recovery is going well so he wants to "supercharge" his diary.

The King is the one who wants to return to work and it's the doctors and aides who are urging caution.

Remember though, he has the 'all-clear' to return to work but does not have the medical 'all-clear' from cancer. And as anyone who has known someone with cancer knows, the road to recovery is long and has many twists and turns.

Does the King go through the same treatment as everyone else, or is the treatment that he gets better than the average person? Robbie

The King has asked for his cancer treatment to be kept private and the palace are touchy about veering into breaching his medical privacy.

But it has been said that he has been receiving so-called pioneering treatment.

I get the feeling the King may in the future speak about his diagnosis, type of cancer and the treatment he has received when he feels it is the right time.

The King would likely receive private medical care and not be placed on a regular waiting list like everyone else.

The country needs a fully-operational and healthy King for the constitution to function properly and I don't believe anyone would begrudge the King getting the best possible medical treatment that is available.

How long is his treatment likely to go on for? Tom

The palace insists the cancer struggle is not over and treatment continues. The King has been since February receiving out-patient care which means he visits a hospital for treatment.

For the first two months he was ordered to remain within distance of London so he could attend booked appointments but also in case of any emergencies.

But the fact that he was allowed to spend several weeks 500 miles from his London hospital in the remote Scottish Highlands at his retreat Birkhall means that the amount of treatment needed has slowed and the risk of an emergency has diminished.

This is good news. I have no date for when the treatment will finish and that will be one for the King and his medical team to announce.

But we know the palace is in the process of organising a gruelling tour to Australia in the autumn which gives an indication of the optimism that the need for regular hospital visits could soon be over.

Has the King only got two years to live as has been reported elsewhere? Autumn

When the King announced he had cancer there was a lot of pessimism and fears that his reign may be short.

But no one official or close to the King, that I'm aware of, has ever spoken in terms of having two years left to live.

There can rarely be certainties with cancer especially as it's been such a short time since his diagnosis. Remember Prime Minister Rishi Sunak expressed the belief that palace officials were confident a few weeks back that the cancer had been caught early.

With Royal doctors giving the green light for the King to return to public-facing front-line duty I'd suggest anyone claiming to know a life expectancy is either misled or making it up.

Cancer recovery can be very tough mentally as well as physically. What kind of leisure activity helps Charles feel better? Would it be playing an instrument or a walk around his beautiful gardens? Nataly

Firstly, the King is a workaholic, even at 75-years-old! Throughout his recovery he has been reading government papers, carrying out his constitutional role, meeting ambassadors and been in regular contact with the Prime Minister via their traditional weekly phone calls or audiences.

We even saw the King arrive in Scotland for a period of rest and recuperation earlier this month with a load of government Red Boxes to read through.

Secondly, he is fortunate enough to have several properties where he has time and space for leisure. He has been enjoying walking in the grounds at Sandringham, Norfolk, and the Balmoral estate, in Scotland.

And tending his beloved gardens at Highgrove, Gloucestershire, and Birkhall, Scotland.

Plus, he reads a lot and is relaxed by painting. He once said "painting transports me into another dimension which, quite literally, refreshes parts of the soul which other activities can't reach".

Thirdly, while at Windsor Castle he has kept himself busy seeing the Prince and Princess of Wales. The King and Catherine had lunch together the day before she announced her cancer struggle.

Will Harry be visiting the King when he is in the UK? Jane

I would expect Harry desperately wants to see his father when he is here. Harry has no home in the UK and on previous occasions has stayed in a hotel.

So when he is here next week it is to mark the 10-year anniversary of the Invictus Games rather than attending any official royal events where he will see the King.

When he flew over after his father's cancer diagnosis he was given just 30 minutes of face-to-face time.

This meeting may have been kept short as much due to doctor's orders as the King's immunity was low after receiving cancer treatment so spending time with someone who had flown 5,000miles on a busy aeroplane was not wise - as the friction caused by Megxit and Harry's subsequent attacks.

But the King could be in London when Harry is here because there is a Buckingham Palace garden party on the same day.

It would not be difficult to arrange a meeting. The King has always said his door is open for his 'dear boy' and if Harry wanted to check in on his father I can't see him turning him down.

Is Prince William likely to see his brother this week? Laura

While the King has made it clear the door is always open for Harry to visit, William is a different story.

And rightly so, He feels cut deep by betrayal and is very protective of the Princess of Wales. Harry will have to do a lot more to receive the forgiveness of his brother.

William also has a lot to deal with as Catherine remains unwell and he has several engagements already in his diary next week. I can't see it happening.

With the King and Princess of Wales both unable to do royal duties full time, was Charles’ idea for a ‘slimmed down monarchy’ a mistake? Julie

There is no doubt the Royal Family are looking thin on the ground, but only at first glance. The King is coming back.

The Queen has really grown into her role. Don't forget Princess Anne as virtually nothing stops her. It is also important to note that Edward and Sophie, now the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, have new roles and are carrying out an enormous and often unheralded workload.

So, yes without the 'superstars' Princess of Wales and the King then it can look slim on the ground. But both will return. Maybe we need to question the demands we place on the Royal Family.

Prince William indicated a way forward in his comments in Singapore last year at Earthshot when he warned "if you spread yourself too thin you just can’t manage it and you won’t deliver the impact or the change that you really want to happen".

So we are possibly looking at a slimmed-down monarchy that understands it needs to work smarter.

Do we really want to work them to the bone? Or would we rather they pick and choose a smaller amount of issues where they can make bigger achievements? The era of Prince Philip, for instance, having 992 patronages to work for, is over.

I love the Royal Garden parties - is King Charles likely to attend this year? If not, which Royal will stand in? James

We all want to see the King at a Royal Garden party this year (even those of us who don't have an invite this time).

There are two at Buckingham Palace in May and one at the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh in July.

I asked the palace on Sunday whether they knew if the King was attending and they were unable to confirm. But if I was a betting man I'd suggest you'd get your wish.
