Kate Middleton cancer diagnosis news — Princess & William to ‘miss service’ as Royal Family’s Easter plans revealed
THE ROYAL Family is preparing for a rather different Easter this year, as plans change amid King Charles and Princess Kate's health battles.
King Charles, who is being treated for cancer, will attend the Easter Sunday Service at St. George's Chapel.
He will be joined by several senior royals, including his wife Queen Camilla.
In the wake of her cancer announcement, Kate Middleton, Prince William, and their three children will not attend the service.
Sunday's appearance will mark the first major event for Charles, 75, since he was diagnosed with cancer in February.

Same therapy for trauma as Prince Harry
In his interview, Earl Spencer also revealed he underwent the same therapy for trauma as Prince Harry.
Speaking after his memoir was published last week, Earl Spencer said he had therapy to cope with the physical, sexual and emotional abuse he suffered at Maidenwell Hall in Northamptonshire between 1972 and 1977.
“I have EMDR [Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing] which is a form of therapy for PTSD,” he said.
'Cracking crunch that really hurt'
Earl Spencer has revealed how his childhood nanny would “crack our heads together” if he and his siblings misbehaved.
Speaking to the Sunday with Laura Kuenssberg show, the 59-year-old, the brother of Diana, Princess of Wales, described the punishment as a "cracking crunch that really hurt".
Earl Spencer has also detailed the level of abuse he experienced while boarding at Maidwell Hall, in his memoir, A Very Private School, published last week.

This was the year that Kate wore the mesh dress in a charity fashion show which is reportedly when Williams started seeing her as more than just a friend.
Fellow student Charlotte Todd designed the dress and went on to tell People magazine: "Everyone says that the fashion show was when the romance started, so a small part of me will always be part of royal history. It's madness!"
Later on that year the couple went on to move out of the four bedroom apartment with their friends and get their own place together.

King Charles ‘could be driven in a carriage’ to Trooping the Colour
King Charles could forego tradition this June and be driven in a carriage to the Trooping the Colour rather than riding a horse amid his cancer battle.
The King is determined to attend his birthday celebrations but may alter proceedings somewhat due to his health.
The monarch usually rides from Buckingham Palace to Horse Guards Parade to inspect troops on horseback.
But Charles could instead be driven to the parade in a carriage and watch it from a podium.
No decision has been made yet and will depend on the King himself.

The Duchess of Sussex, 42, unveiled her lifestyle brand called American Riviera Orchard.
Industry sources said the site will focus on home, food, garden and lifestyle goods.
A source told the Mail: "The brand is meant to coincide with the launch of a new cookery show for Netflix.
"Meghan will be making, and selling, products such as jams. And at some point there will be a book and blog etc."

“They appreciate the public’s love and affection for their children and know there is a public appetite to see them on their birthdays.”

Kate Middleton made the trip to her favourite farm shop on Saturday, it has been reported.
Onlookers said she looked “happy, relaxed and healthy” on the visit a mile from her Adelaide Cottage home in Windsor on Saturday.
