A PR expert has revealed how Meghan could create a £204million brand

, Daniela Elser claims that “fresh news from the snowy slopes of Canada” states that the couple is now focusing on pursuing separate projects.

She wrote: “The last week has seen both Harry and Meghan make big announcements, with a new business deal in the bag and a big new TV interview beamed around the world.

“However, where these latest developments differ is that each only included one half of the formerly inseparable professional twosome.

“Mark the time, note the date. Harry and Meghan Inc. is officially kaput.”

1. Meghan's new podcast

This follows news that Meghan will solely launch a new podcast with Lemonada Media, months after her £18million deal with Spotify fell through.

The original Spotify deal was signed by both Meghan and Harry in 2020.

In a statement, Meghan said: "I'm proud to now be able to share that I am joining the brilliant team at Lemonada to continue my love of podcasting.

"Our plan to re-release Archetypes so that more people can now have access to it, as well as launching a dynamic new podcast are well in the works.

2. Harry's solo Good Morning America podcast

Last week we saw Prince Harry give a solo interview to Good Morning America as he celebrated One Year to Go before the 2025 Invictus Games.

During the chat, Prince Harry spoke about his family life, King Charles' recent cancer diagnosis and becoming a US citizen.

When asked what keeps him busy, the Duke of Sussex replied: “Everything. Everything in the house. Everything out of the house. So the mission continues. Every element of the work continues.”

3. Harry's Spare memoir

Meanwhile, last year saw the release of Harry’s bombshell Spare memoir, which gave his version of his childhood and life after leaving behind royal duties.

The prince’s book, released on January 10th last year, came hot off the heels of Harry and Meghan’s Netflix docuseries and explosive chat with Oprah Winfrey where they made a series of bombshell revelations, including how two royals allegedly questioned the colour of Prince Archie’s skin tone.

But there was more to come in Harry’s book, as he recalled an alleged altercation with his brother William which ended with him falling into a dog bowl.

He also revealed how William disapproved of Harry’s marriage to Meghan and once called her “difficult,” “rude” and “abrasive.”

4. Meghan's lifestyle website

Then there have been rumours that Meghan could make millions from the relaunch of her website The Tig by advertising clothes, holidays and interior design pieces.

Some people have speculated Meghan could turn her old blog into a lifestyle brand, similar to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop.

Brand expert Andrew Bloch advised: "Gwyneth Paltrow grew Goop into a £204million brand and there is no reason to believe that Meghan couldn’t surpass this."

5. Scaling back joint ventures

Daniela added: “At some point in the last year, the couple seems to have built a sort of professional Berlin Wall down the middle of their working lives.

“Remember way back when in March 2020 when the duke and duchess decided to go the full Stars and Stripes?

“They were signing so many deals together such that I’m pretty sure they invested in matching ceremonial Mont Blancs. Harry Walker Agency, Netflix, Spotify, and Wall Street asset manager Ethic all got both the ‘salt and pepper shakers’ that were Harry and Meghan.”

In 2022, Meghan described her relationship with Prince Harry to The Cut saying they were like "salt and pepper" because they "always move together".

The couple still have their joint Netflix deal, their Archewell foundation and have recently created a new Sussex.com website which is a "one-stop-shop" for their activities and will share "personal updates for the couple".

But Daniela argues: “Take Netflix off the table, and the duke and duchess face wholly separate paths.”

This follows reports that Prince Harry has a room set aside in a luxury hotel where he stays on his own near his California home, it is claimed.

He occasionally stays there without wife Meghan, sources say - although a spokesperson for Archewell denied the claims.

Daniela concluded: “Where does that leave us?
