Heartbroken Brits in tears as Queen’s favourite pony Emma performs VERY special goodbye
THE Queen's treasured horse waited for her coffin to arrive at Windsor Castle in a nod to the late monarch's favourite sport.
Royal fans were moved to tears as Emma the pony stood amid a sea of flowers left by adoring subjects as the sombre procession pulled into the estate this afternoon.

The late monarch was reunited with her beloved Prince Philip at a solemn service in Windsor following her at Westminster Abbey today.
Thousands of mourners lined the streets and Long Walk to say their last goodbyes to Her Majesty, while tearful members of the Royal Family followed behind.
Waiting for the procession within the gates was Emma - who lifted her leg as if in an to attempt a curtsy as the Queen's cortege passed.
The Queen's beloved corgis Muick and Sandy were also stood patiently waiting - leaving emotional Brits reaching for the tissues.

The late monarch was never happier than when at the racecourse during her 70 year reign.
Frankie Dettori and Matt Chapman paid tribute to her profound love of all things equine - and her joy was clear for all to see when she won the Ascot Gold Cup with Estimate in 2013.
As well as going to the races, the Queen loved to ride her own horses.
In June this year, she managed to get back in the saddle and went for gentle trips in Windsor — nine months after she was told to quit.

The procession made its way to Windsor after tearful King Charles led his family in an outpouring of grief as the world bid Her Majesty farewell at her funeral.
Charles, 73, was visibly emotional as billions tuned in to watch the Queen's state funeral at Westminster Abbey this morning.
Charles walked in solemn procession as his mother's coffin, draped in the Royal Standard flag, and topped with her Crown, Orb and Sceptre, was carried into the Abbey.
And as thousands lined the streets outside, the grieving King was visibly moved, going on to wipe his tears away in moments throughout the historic event.

The Queen's eldest son was accompanied by his siblings Prince Andrew, Princess Anne and Prince Edward, as well as grandchildren Princes William and Harry today.
The family, united in grief, took their seats alongside some 2,000 others - including heads of state, prime ministers, presidents and European royals.
