SNAPCHAT MISS

‘Kim Kardashian’ teacher, 37, ‘shared hundreds of explicit Snapchats with TWO underage students before having sex with one in park’

Anonymous tips to police claimed Moser was having sex with a student in a West Fargo park and had shared nude photos on Snapchat

A TEACHER in the US sent hundred of explicit Snapchats to two underage students, before having sex with one of them in a North Dakota park, it's claimed.

Shannon Moser, 37, is facing three felony charges after allegedly sharing the explicit videos and photos, before police received an anonymous tip she was having sex with a 16-year-old male student on a gravel road in a park in West Fargo, it's reported.

According to , the science teacher - who allowed students to call her “Kim Kardashian” - was charged in Cass County District Court with two counts of using a minor in a sexual performance, Class A felonies, and one count of sexual assault, a Class C felony.

Moser worked at Liberty Middle School since 2016 before her resignation on July 12.

According to a report, West Fargo police received an anonymous tip in June that Moser was having sex with a male student in Rendezvous Park in West Fargo and giving him electronic tobacco products.

Further anonymous tips alleged Moser had shared nude Snapchat photos with a 16-year-old West Fargo student.

The police interviewed the student but he denied an inappropriate relationship with Moser - but his friend then claimed he had talked about having sex with Moser in the park.

He then told his mother that he had sex with Moser, police said, and he had known her personally for about two years, as she was considered a family friend.

They added each other on Snapchat, where she began sending him sexually explicit photos and messages, it's claimed.

The boy said Moser asked to meet him one evening in early June at Rendezvous Park, where she drove him in her van outside West Fargo.

She pulled over on a gravel road and the two had sex, according to a police report. Moser then told him, “No one can know,” it's reported.

The boy said Moser shared more photos after their encounter and asked at least once more if he wanted to have sex — but he declined.

On July 11, Moser agreed to speak with investigators at the Moorhead Police Department but was reluctant to answer any questions, and kept asking what would happen to her husband and four children, saying "it will ruin their lives".

She denied the student’s allegations, but said “we always preach, ‘tell the truth,’ and I have not been,” according to the report.

Moser eventually asked to speak to an attorney, but police seized her cellphone during the interview and later found URLs for porn sites that included younger boys engaging in sex with older women.

West Fargo police said a second victim, a 15-year-old boy, told officers on July 16 that he and Moser had been sharing sexually explicit photos through Snapchat for about a year, starting when he was 14 years old.

The second boy told police he never had any physical contact with Moser, but said she had asked to meet him in person. He said he received videos of Moser and her husband having sex, according to the report.

According to , her attorney, Scott Brand, said on Monday that it was premature to discuss the case — but added that Moser had no criminal background and has been a community volunteer.

“She’s mentored younger women and mothers who went through a tough upbringing,” he said. “She has been an instrumental person in people’s lives in a positive way.”

Schools spokeswoman Heather Konshak said police asked the district to hold off on its own probe into the allegations while the police conduct their investigation, but added that Moser "does not currently have any contact with students through school-related functions".
