The pair's boss is also accused of having sex with the woman in the bank's London office

A SEX scandal at a bank was exposed after two staff were caught romping in the women’s toilets of a cocktail bar.

The Clydesdale Bank pair were kicked out by security staff during a work bash.

Their boss George Eleftheriou, head of regional business, was also accused of having sex with the same woman in their London office.

The claims of the alleged romps emerged in an employment tribunal last month where he denied a tryst with the female worker.

Mr Eleftheriou was axed by the bank after an investigation found he did not take adequate action over the rumours of the toilet incident involving Z and N at Dirty Martini in Covent Garden, central London.

The woman, N, was also separately investigated for “obscene communications” with another colleague, C, and both were sacked.

But Z was only handed a final written warning for the Dirty Martini incident and behaving inappropriately with N on three other occasions.

Mr Eleftheriou claimed that his sacking was disproportionate and won an unfair dismissal case at an employment tribunal in London. Compensation was settled out of court.
