Cops investigate ‘unexplained’ death of man and woman found at Aberdeen house

The duo were found in a house at Cornhill Terrace near Ashgrove Road

THE DEAD bodies of a man and woman have been discovered at a house in Aberdeen.

Forensic police officers are investigating the "unexplained" deaths at Cornhill Terrace.

The Scottish Ambulance Service rushed to the scene around 10.25pm yesterday evening following the discovery.
Detective Inspector Allen Shaw said: "As our investigation continues there will be a strong police presence in the area and I would like to thank the local community in advance for their patience and cooperation."

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Police Scotland are investigating the discovery of a male body and female body within a dwelling house at Cornhill Terrace, Aberdeen.

"The deaths are currently being treated as unexplained at this stage and enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances. "
