The identities of the victim and attackers are still unknown after the video was posted to Facebook where it was viewed more than 90,000 times
A VICIOUS fight at a bus stop in Leeds has gone viral after shocking footage of thugs ganging up on a young man was posted on Facebook.
The footage, which was uploaded to the Facebook page “Leeds born n bred”, shows a fight between two young males at a bus stop in the city on Bank holiday Monday.
The video shows one man start the fight as his pals watch from the sidelines as punches and obscenities fly.
Punches start to fly as the two black clad youths brawl in the bus stop slamming into the glass as on lookers film the violence.
When it looks like one of the fighters is losing, another attacker joins in and throws series of punches at the victim, who is ends up falling to the floor.
As he sits on the ground the youth who was previously losing the fight hurls abuse at the lad and kicks him in the chest.
You can then see the shaken victim stand up and exit the bus stop but one of the thugs follows and tries to intimidate him by squaring up to his face.
The shocking video, thought to have been filmed close to the Corn Exchange, has been viewed over 90,000 times in less than 24 hours and caused shock to most Facebook uses.
One Facebook user commented: “I feel sorry for the normal people at the bus stop having to put up with all that c***. A lot of elderly people use that stop next to Corn Exchange.
While another said: “Absolutely disgusting that poor lad was trying to walk away. I'm all for 1 on 1 but absolutely detest bullies. I hope every one of them gets humiliated in public like they did to him. How proud their parents must be.”
The identity of victim and his attackers has not been revealed, despite a number of witnesses that can be seen at the bus stop on a busy Bank Holiday in Leeds City Centre.
The Sun has contacted West Yorkshire Police about the incident.
