A MUSLIM convert ex- soldier threatened to kill “unbelievers” days after the London Bridge attack.
Alexander Tiffin sparked a terror alert with his menacing texts to a fellow mosque member.
But after a thorough probe cops ruled Tiffin was “an idiot” rather than a terrorist, a court heard.
Prosecutor Roderick Urquhart said: “Police have not established any link between the panel and any terrorist organisation.”

The mosque-goer, aware of Tiffin’s military background and his trips to countries targeted by IS recruiters, went to the cops, Mr Urquhart added.
