Ex-students threaten legal action after outgoing teacher has list of ‘worst pupils’ posted on wall during leaving do – including one standing trial for murder
The names apparently appeared on notes at a retirement party for a deputy headteacher at Grove Academy
A TEACHER sparked outrage after being accused of putting up a list of her worst pupils at her retirement bash.
Education chiefs claimed the poster named students who had been mentored by Fiona McIntosh, 60, during her four decades in the classroom.
But it was leaked online and locals claimed she’d drawn up a rogues’ gallery of kids from Grove Academy in Dundee.
Joiner Jon Crowther, 42, who was on the list, said: “I never got any support from her. She banned me from her class.”
Another ex-pupil’s wife said: “We’re considering legal action.”

A snap of the list was uploaded to Facebook by a cleaner but has now been removed.
It included two dead people, a suspect awaiting a murder trial, ex-cons and an entire family — as well as some who have done well in life.
School chiefs phoned ex-pupils who were named on the poster to apologise.
Dundee City Council said: “The list was individuals she felt she’d supported.”
