TWO sisters cut short a £5,000 dream holiday to Spain after their toddlers were poisoned by a hotel’s raw food.

Victoria, 27, and Louise Deans, 33, then forked out another £1,500 to fly their families home early after the undercooked chicken and pork left two of their children seriously ill.

The disgusted mums are now battling travel firm Thomson for a refund over their “disaster” trip to Malaga.

Yesterday Victoria, of Baberton, Edinburgh, told how her son Harris, one, and 10-month-old niece Evie were struck down by vomiting after a meal at the Globales Playa Estepona.

She said: “We realised too late that the chicken and pork was raw in the middle

“They were very poorly with sickness and diarrhoea. A doctor told us it was food poisoning but it was too difficult to take them to hospital as we had our other kids to care for.”

The siblings, who both have three kids, returned eight days into their 14-day holiday. Harris and Evie recovered at home.
