Nigel Farage claims Boris can’t be trusted on Brexit because he voted for May’s ‘slavery’ deal
The Brexit Party is set to come top in the Euro elections when results are announced tonight
BORIS Johnson can't deliver Brexit, Nigel Farage blasted today as he prepares for a landslide election victory.
The Brexit Party boss claimed the Tory leadership frontrunner has "voted for slavery" by backing Theresa May's deal.
BoJo is also under pressure from the other side with Tory Remainers vowing to stop him becoming PM.
The Euro election results will be announced from 10pm tonight after Britain went to the polls on Thursday.
Mr Farage is expected to come top by a large margin with the Tories slipping to fourth or even fifth place.
Boris is making his pitch for 10 Downing Street by trying to convince fellow Conservatives he is the man to beat both Mr Farage and Jeremy Corbyn.
The Brexit Party leader insisted Mr Johnson can no longer be trusted on Europe because he voted for Mrs May's withdrawal agreement at the third time of asking.
Never mind turkeys voting for Christmas, this was more like Spartacus voting for slavery
Nigel Farage
He : "Boris Johnson, the leading contender to take over, has certainly talked the talk.
"Yet when it came to walking the walk, a few months later Boris strolled through the division lobby and voted for Mrs May's vassalage deal.
"Never mind turkeys voting for Christmas, this was more like Spartacus voting for slavery.
"Now Boris pledges that the UK will definitely leave the EU on October 31, 'Brexit deal or no deal'. But why should we trust him to keep his word?"
'STOP BORIS' PLOT
Dominic Raab, Boris' main Brexiteer rival, today refused to rule out a pact with Mr Farage at the next General Election.
He also insisted he was better placed than Mr Johnson to become PM because he is a "details man".
Mr Raab added: "I'm a less known figure and actually I think I can appeal to those aspirational low-income earners in this country."
Boris faces a concerted campaign from pro-Remain Tory MPs to stop him reaching 10 Downing Street.
Justice Secretary David Gauke today warned against any new PM who would go for a No Deal Brexit.
He said: "Only a candidate who rejects wishful thinking, has the courage to tell the truth about the options in front of us and who will address Brexit on the basis of the hard realities will succeed."

Liz Truss ducks out saying next leader should be a Leaver
LIZ Truss today ruled herself out of being the next PM - because she didn't vote for Brexit in 2016.
The Treasury Secretary said the new Tory leader should be someone who supported Leave from the start.
Ms Truss was widely expected to run for the leadership herself but will now be hoping for a senior Cabinet job instead.
She told the Sunday Telegraph: "In order to command public trust we need someone who has backed Brexit from the start because of the situation we're in now."
The minister added: "Given the situation we're in - we unfortunately haven't delivered Brexit - I think it's absolutely vital we leave with No Deal if necessary on October 31."
Ms Truss has become a popular figure on the free-market wing of the Tory party because of her commitment to lower spending and a bonfire of red tape.
She said the next leader should look at radical policies such as cutting income and corporation tax.
