Boris Johnson insists EU WILL cave at the last minute and offer Britain a better Brexit deal
BORIS Johnson today insisted the EU will offer Britain a better Brexit deal at the last minute rather than risk us crashing out.
The top Brexiteer insisted Brussels will end up caving at "five minutes to midnight" after Theresa May's deal was defeated.

He dismissed the claim by Eurocrats that the current withdrawal agreement is the only one available.
Boris claimed that at a European Council summit next week, leaders will agree to offer the UK better terms and stop a No Deal Brexit.
He told LBC: "The horses always change places in the final furlong and it's always at five minutes to midnight that the real deal is done, in Brussels the final fix is only done at the end.
"They will have to consider how to get a better arrangement with the UK."
The ex-Foreign Secretary added: "The key thing to do is ensure that that parting is as smooth, as orderly and friendly as possible, and that can be done.
"Whatever happens there will be a deal, there will be an arrangement between the UK and the EU.
"I don't think that the UK and the EU are going to part company without coming to some sort of sensible arrangement."
Speaking in the Commons yesterday, Boris urged MPs to commit to a No Deal outcome rather than delaying Brexit.

He today dismissed the PM's deal because it would leave the UK as an "economic colony of the EU".
Brussels has a track record of striking last-minute deals even after talks seem deadlocked.
But EU leaders have insisted they will not cave to British demands this time around.
