THERESA May could be forced out as soon as Wednesday if her Brexit deal collapses, it was claimed today.
Jeremy Corbyn wants to bring down the Government this week after the Commons vote on Mrs May's withdrawal agreement.
No10 has warned Tory MPs they should be ready to fight a vote of no confidence on Wednesday.
Parliament will finally have its say on the Brexit deal on Tuesday evening.
The Government is on course for a heavy defeat with dozens of Tories expected to vote against the agreement.
Mr Corbyn has told his MPs they must be ready for a confidence vote to take place the next day, .
If Mrs May lost that motion, Labour would have a chance to form the Government - and if they failed a General Election would take place.
Mr Corbyn has put his party on a war footing - with a new ad campaign coming on Wednesday to lay out Labour's hard-left vision for Britain.
Today he told the BBC: "We will table a motion of no confidence in the Government at a time of our choosing. It's going to be soon, don't worry about that."
The leftie leader has previously stopped short of mounting a formal bid to kick the Tories out of power.
He fears that if Labour lost a confidence vote, he'll have to abandon his Brexit strategy of playing both sides at once.
Mrs May is confident that even if she does lose the vote on her deal on Tuesday, she could survive a challenge to her power.

But Conservative MPs fear the party is on the brink of being torn apart as Tory Remainers plot a softer Brexit.
Senior ministers could team up with other parties to try and keep Britain in the EU customs union if Mrs May's deal collapses.
Brexiteer Simon Clarke blasted: "A permanent customs union is unthinkable - a total national humiliation.
"If Conservative Remainers think we would stand idly by and let that happen..."
MPs on both sides of the Brexit debate have warned the Conservatives could be left permanently divided by the bitter splits exposed in recent weeks.
