An easy-to-read version for voters will attempt to undermine Mrs May’s deal following 18 months of negotiations with Brussesls.

The document, drawn up the European Research Group, states the UK will be left “half in half out” of the EU.

Jacob Rees-Mogg, who heads the ERG, wrote his own letter of no confidence in the PM after Mrs May faced a grilling on Brexit in the Commons.

It hits out at Mrs May’s Withdrawal Agreement slamming the £39 billion divorce bill and hitting out at the UK’s “rule taker” status ovcer large areas of UK law.

The paper hits out at the deal creating “internal borders within the UK” and how the deal will be overseen by the European Court of Justice - not the UK Supreme Court.

Former Minister Mark Francois said: “The draft agreement is 585 pages, it is extremely complex and is written in legalese.”
