TELL US THE TRUTH!

The PM has insisted Jeremy Corbyn “come clean” with voters, daring the labour leader to illustrate a clear stance on cancelling Brexit.

He urged Corbyn to stop sitting on the fence and spell out exactly what he would do with Brexit if he wins power.

Mr Johnson also slammed Labour’s plan for another Brexit referendum – warning it will plunge the UK into years more “dither and delay”.

He said: “Your current position seems to be that you want to go back to square one.

“You want to throw out the great new deal we have reached with our European friends, and instead negotiate a whole new treaty from scratch.

“Even assuming the EU agrees to go back to the very beginning, this will take months and possibly years to do.

“Under your proposals, 2020 will be lost to more dither and delay over Brexit." He added: “For months you have refused to say what sort of ‘deal’ you want with the EU.

“Now the time has come for you to come clean, and explain what your plan really is so when the public vote on December 12th, they know what they are voting for.”

Boris also demanded he rule out doing a deal with the Lib Dems to revoke Article 50 and cancel Brexit if he becomes PM in a hung Parliament.

NIGEL FARAGE POO-POOS BOJO'S BREXIT PLANS

Farage has blasted Boris Johnson over his plans to abandon the option of No Deal Brexit.

The Brexit Party leader insisted if this happens, the UK would “never be free from EU rules”.

He hit out at the Prime Minister after reports that the Conservative Party manifesto would jettison the possibility of leaving the EU without a deal.

It is a step back from Mr Johnson’s previous “do or die” promise to leave the EU "no ifs, no buts."

The move is a bid to try to capture the centre ground and could appeal to any Liberal Democrat voters who have concerns over holding a second EU referendum, considering the coming election.

Farage wrote on Twitter: “If Boris Johnson will abandon a clean break Brexit, and he wins an election on this, we will never be free of EU rules.”

ONE DI-BREX-ION

One direction singer, Liam Payne has given Boris Johnson a boost, pointing out government leaders need to “get time” to make a significant change.

The PM found an unlikely fan in boyband heart-throb Payne, 26, who compared changing political leaders to sacking football managers.

He told : “I mean, in regards to Boris or Jeremy [Corbyn] , I don’t think we give people enough time - same with West Brom Football club.

“They always change their manager every week it seems and we never get time to gel with anybody.

“We need to give someone a chance at least have a proper go of it or it will never be fixed.”
