Brett Kavanaugh is hit with fresh sex assault accusation from Yale classmate which was ‘not probed by FBI’
BRETT Kavanaugh has been hit with a fresh sex assault accusation which the FBI reportedly did not probe before his Supreme Court confirmation.
The Supreme Court judge was accused of sexual misconduct by Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez last year being nominated by Trump.
Dr Ford's testimony against Kavanaugh captivated the world’s attention last September after she accused him of groping her when she was 15 and he was 17.
And now Kavanaugh is facing a new sexual misconduct claim from a former Yale University classmate which appears to echo Ms Ramirez’s accusation.
Max Stier allegedly saw Kavanaugh with his pants down at a drunken dorm party, where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.
According to the , Mr Stier notified senators and the FBI about this account, but the FBI did not investigate.
Ms Ramirez previously accused Kavanaugh of thrusting his penis into her face at a drunken dormitory party.
She claimed Kavanaugh shoved his penis in her face during the 1983-84 school year.
Ms Ramirez said the two of them were playing a drinking game with a small group of students when the alleged incident took place.
'EMBARRASSED AND HUMILIATED'
She added: "I remember a penis being in front of my face.
“I knew that’s not what I wanted, even in that state of mind.
"I was embarrassed and ashamed and humiliated."
Ms Ramirez, now 54, was raised a "devout catholic" in Connecticut, according to the New Yorker.
She and Kavanaugh were classmates at Yale, where she studied sociology and psychology.
At the time, friends of both Kavanaugh and Ramirez disputed the allegations, three of whom spoke to the New Yorker on the record.
“We can say with confidence that if the incident Debbie alleges ever occurred, we would have seen or heard about it — and we did not,” the group said in a joint statement.
“The behaviour she describes would be completely out of character for Brett. In addition, some of us knew Debbie long after Yale, and she never described this incident until Brett’s Supreme Court nomination was pending.”
KAVANAUGH DENIES CLAIMS
During his Senate testimony, Kavanaugh said that if the incident Ms Ramirez described had occurred, it would have been “the talk of campus.”
The New York Times claims at least seven people, including Ms Ramirez’s mum, heard about the Yale incident long before Kavanaugh was a federal judge.
Two of those people were classmates who learned of it just days after the party occurred, suggesting that it was discussed among students at the time, reports claim.
Kavanaugh’s route to Supreme Court confirmation was thrown into disarray when Christine Blasey Ford accused him of assault last September.
She claimed he pinned her down on a bed and tried to rip her clothes off at a party in the 1980s when they were teenagers.

Kavanaugh has strenuously denied the allegations made against him.
They were both called to give evidence at a Senate committee before he was appointed to the role.
Senators later narrowly voted to confirm the appointment and he was sworn in on October 9.
