Fiancee who ‘fleeced husband-to-be and his pals out of £13k stag do fund’ charged with fraud
A FIANCEE who allegedly fleeced her husband-to-be and his pals out of their £13,000 stag do fund has been charged by cops.
Rachel Doran, 31, pretended to book the four-day knees-up for Chris Mahone, 29, and his mates, it is claimed.
She allegedly forged boarding passes that were given to a 30-strong group when they arrived at the airport.
Rachel, from near Whitehaven, Cumbria, is said to have taken £440 from each of them for the supposed trip to Ibiza in September 2017.
Cumbria Police today decided to press charges for theft – almost exactly two years after her original arrest.
