Chef Domenico Crolla expertly creates portraits of celebs including Ronaldo in his award-winning pizzas

CRISTIANO Ronaldo strikes his cheesiest pose yet — as his face peers out from the base of an award-winning pizza.

The Portuguese footballer is just one of the celebrity portraits rolled out by Scots-born chef Domenico Crolla.

His other famous subjects include the Queen, the Pope, the Duchess of Cambridge, Simon Cowell, Ant and Dec, Alan Sugar, Lorraine Kelly and Jonathan Ross.

And his Glasgow restaurant ORO was last year named one of the best pizza joints in the world by the Italian Government.

Domenico, who also has a string of UK awards, beamed: “We are in the top 70 pizzeria restaurants in the world out of an incredible 32 countries.”
