Amir Khan finally ends three-year feud with his parents after they branded wife Faryal ‘evil’ and a bad mum
AMIR Khan has finally ended his explosive three-year feud with his parents after they branded wife Faryal "evil".
The boxer was embroiled in a bitter public spat with dad Shah and mum Falak in 2016 after his wife Faryal Makhdoom accused them of bullying her.
She was also branded a bad mum to young daughter Lamaisah - causing Khan not to speak to his parents for six months.
But the former light-welterweight world champion boxer, 32, has now revealed the feud is in the past.
He told : "I speak to them all the time – everything is cool between them.
"I'm in a sport where one punch can change your life, and I thought, 'Be nice to everyone'."
GLOVES ARE OFF
The bitter row erupted three years ago when Faryal accused Khan's family of violence and bullying and in response they branded her "evil" and a bad mother.
They also said US-born Faryal was controlling and claimed she was trying to break the family apart after she posted what appeared to be a "naked" selfie on her Instagram.
His Muslim parents were said to be disappointed to see their daughter-in-law wearing very little clothing.
CHEATING CLAIMS
Faryal then took to Snapchat to blast her in-laws - claiming that she was being abused by them.
It led to Khan announcing he was divorcing his model wife - but he called it off when she announced she was pregnant with their second child.
He also caused a storm after accusing his wife of cheating on him with Anthony Joshua - which both denied.
Faryal fired back accusing her husband of being a "bad role model" and "bad around women".
The couple got married in a ceremony that cost more than £1million six years ago and have five-year-old Lamisah and one-year-old Alayna together.
