Dog, 66, revealed brave Beth Tasered a fugitive just a week before her death from cancer in June

She turned down the debilitating treatment after being told it would only give her a month longer to live.

Reality star Beth, 51, died on June 26 after a long battle with stage four lung cancer.

She was first diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer back in November 2017.

But telling how she fought to the end, Dog told US news show on Wednesday that she cuffed a wanted man just days earlier.

The week before she went to heaven she put a guy in jail. Shot him - Tasered him - didn't give him a chance

Fighting back tears, Dog, 66, said: "The week before she went to heaven she put a guy in jail.

"Shot him - Tasered him - didn't give him a chance."

Beth's final days will be revealed in new US reality show Dog's Most Wanted - which she wanted to go ahead with despite her illness.

Dog added: "Credit where credit's due. She wanted to go ahead and do the show.

"She said this is my life and I'm going to show every bit of it.

"She battled it for two years. Beat it once and then it came back very aggressive."

STRUGGLES TO LET GO

Dog also described the shock of learning his wife of more than 30 years was dying as "like a dream".

He added that he still has Beth's toothbrush by the bathroom sink as he struggles to let go.

Dog said: "Allegedly time heals all wounds but I don't know about this one."

And telling how the new show captures his family's struggle to come to terms with the diagnoses, he said: "We want to be truthful and show different sides.

"We showed the real Chapman family.

"Each child takes it rough and each child is doing better."

SOULMATES

Dog and Beth met in 1988 when she was 19 and he was 35 - after she accidentally stole a lemon.

She was carrying an unlicensed gun and had a warrant out for her arrest over unpaid parking tickets.

In an emotional farewell to Beth after she died, Dog wrote: "It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain.

"Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven.

"We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side.

She is survived by Dog, their children Bonnie Jo and Garry, daughter Cecily, several grandchildren and a great-grandson, as well as son Dominic Davis from a prior relationship.
