Dog the Bounty Hunter seen with female pal at Italian restaurant months after tragic loss of wife Beth to throat cancer
DOG the Bounty Hunter was spotted on a night out with a female pal as he tries to move on from losing his wife less than two months ago.
Beth, 51, died in June after losing a two-year battle with throat cancer.
Brave Duane Chapman, 66, looked relaxed as he spent Saturday night with his friend at an Italian restaurant in Los Angeles.
He wore a short-sleeve blue button-down shirt and kept his hair styled in his signature blonde mullet.
The unknown woman wore a black and white chevron-patterned dress along with silver heels and a matching silver purse.
The pair were snapped while he waited for his bodyguard/driver to pick them up.
He drove them to a petrol station to grab miscellaneous items while the TV star waited in the car.
They were then taken to Duane’s hotel where it appears they spent the rest of the night.
Beth was diagnosed with stage 2 throat cancer in November 2017.
Despite having a successful surgery, doctors told her the cancer had returned and she started chemotherapy in December last year.
INTERNET SCAM
Duane was recently targeted in a scam that eyes up wealthy celebs.
The scam began last month when the 66-year-old’s literary agent, Alan Nevis, received an email claiming to be from the office of Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the deputy PM of the UAE, reports.
In the message Sheikh Mansour, who also owns Premier League champions Man City, appeared to be offering Dog £400,000 ($430,000) to give a speech at an economic empowerment convention for small business owners on August 31.
However, they were quick to sniff out the event was bogus and in what cops have described a new version of the “Nigerian Prince” email of the early 2000s.
Earlier this month, thugs ransacked Duane’s store in Colorado and made off with “thousands of dollars” and hunting gear which belonged to his beloved spouse.
Dog posted about the break-in on Twitter and offered a “cash reward” for information relating to the robbery.
He wrote: “The Bible says it is an unforgivable sin to steal from the dead.
“LARGE CASH REWARD FOR ANY INFORMATION FIR WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS !!!”
A spokesperson for the famous bail bondsman told : “Not only did the thieves take thousands of dollars of clothing, these criminals took priceless personal belongings of our beloved Beth, including tributes to her kindly left by our amazing fans.”
The spokesperson also issued a stark warning to the thieves, adding: “To whoever did this, you better watch out. Dog is coming for you.”
