LOTTERY winner Adrian Bayford is fighting to keep an outdoor swimming pool and bar at his £6.5million mansion.
The 48-year-old, who landed a £148million EuroMillions jackpot in 2012, has had to submit three planning applications to avoid having to rip them out.

He installed the 13-metre pool and made a string of other alterations to the Grade II listed property in 2015 without consent. Now, nearly five years on, he is hoping to get retrospective approval.
The battle is the latest setback for the former postman and music shop owner, who has said the mega lottery win made him miserable.
He bought Horseheath Lodge, near Linton, Cambridgeshire, in 2014 shortly after he split from his wife, Gillian, who returned to Scotland with their two daughters.
The eight-bedroom mansion, built between 1816 and 1825, and its 189-acre estate are now up for sale as Adrian wants to start a new life in Australia.

He has suffered a string of failed romances, sold his music shops and become reclusive, munching through 50 Cornish pasties a week.
His plans are awaiting a decision from South Cambridgeshire council. His agent insisted the works had improved, and were in keeping with, the historic building.
