UK power cut – Twitter explodes with memes as Britain plunged into chaos by major National Grid outage

BRITAIN was today struck by a huge power cut which interfered with trains, tubes and traffic lights across the country.

The country was plunged into darkness at rush hour which prompted many Brits to turn to Twitter and share hilarious memes of the unexpected electricity blunder.
