R Kelly’s two ‘brainwashed’ girlfriends have made ‘suicide pact’ after ‘paedo’ singer’s sex trafficking arrest, mum fears
R KELLY'S two 'brainwashed' girlfriends are feared to have made a suicide pact following his arrest for alleged sexual misconduct, a lawyer representing one of their families has said.
Jocelyn Savage and Azriel Clary are reported to be living with the R&B star at his apartment in Chicago, where he was arrested on Thursday while walking his dog.
Gerald Griggs, a lawyer acting on behalf of Savage's family, has now said his clients are concerned the two women may be planning to kill themselves if it becomes clear the singer is not coming back, reported.
He added that Savage's parents, who claim the singer brainwashed their daughter, are "ready to reunite" and move on from "whatever happened in the past", and that counsellors were on hand to help her.
The singer, real name Robert Kelly, is accused of having engaged in sexual abuse and misconduct against numerous women and girls over the course of two decades.
He denies all the charges against him.
Federal indictments filed in courts in Chicago and New York on Friday include charges of kidnapping, forced labour, and the sexual exploitation of a child.
Kelly was already facing several charges of aggravated sexual abuse brought by prosecutors in the state of Illinois earlier this year.
'WHERE'S MY DAUGHTER?'
The new indictments allege that the singer transported women and girls across state lines for sex, kept them under his control, and then paid off and threatened victims and witnesses.
They say Kelly and his managers, bodyguards and other assistants would pick out women and girls at concerts and other venues and arranged for them to travel to see Kelly.
Federal prosecutors are also reported to have been handed over 20 videos showing Kelly having sex with underage girls.
In 2002, Kelly was indicted on 21 counts of child pornography, but was acquitted in 2008.
Jocelyn Savage ran away to be with Kelly shortly after meeting him backstage at a concert when she was 17.
Her father Tim interrupted a press conference held by Kelly's publicist Darrell Johnson on Friday to ask: "Where's my daughter? Where's she at? Answer the question!"
Johnson answered only: "I'm a crisis manager. I am not a babysitter."

Savage and Clary were reported to have been temporarily removed from Kelly's Trump Tower apartment on Thursday after it was raided and sealed off by federal police, but have now been allowed to return.
The parents of Azriel Clary do not believe the women have made a suicide pact.
