A BRITISH holidaymaker was stabbed to death by thugs in a Cyprus resort, an inquest heard.
Estate agent George Low, 22, was on an Ayia Napa bar crawl when he was knifed in the neck on August 14, 2016. Two suspects are still on the run.
A gang of four men were seen targeting Mr Low and his friend Ben Barker, then 24.
A statement from Mr Barker, who was also stabbed, was read to the inquest.
It said: "I turned round and I saw a circle of people and a girl told me George had been stabbed.
"I noticed George had been stabbed in the neck and I panicked."

Yesterday coroner Roger Hatch, speaking at the inquest in Maidstone, Kent, recorded the death as unlawful killing.
Speaking outside court, Mr Low's father Martyn, 58, described the inquest as "harrowing".
He said: "No, it doesn't get any easier, in fact it's got worse. As everybody will tell you, we've lost a child. You never get over that. They say time heals, but it doesn't."
