A MAN who threw a milkshake over far-right troublemaker Tommy Robinson claims he's now being plagued with death-threats.
The EDL founder was left drenched after Danyaal Mahmud, 23, hurled the drink over him Warrington.
But Danyaal - who was bashed over the head by Robinson - said he's now being targeted by online trolls after last Thursday's altercation.
The apprentice customer services adviser told The Observer: "I'm a low-key person, I didn't anticipate this publicity and I don't want it - I'm getting death threats on social media and I am worried about me and my family being targeted."
Danyaal, 23, said he had been due to meet an occupational health therapist when anti-fascist protesters asked him to join them in confronting Robinson.
The activists hugged Danyaal and praised him for being brave, he claims.
But he said Robinson, 36, accosted him as soon as he got out of his van.
He told The Observer: "The first time he approached me, he asked me if I thought he was racist and I said: 'Yeah.' Then he says:'Do you know 80 per cent of grooming gangs are Muslim?' I go to him, 'That's a false statistic, what about white paedophiles? Why are they not called Christian grooming gangs?' – then he goes off on one."
Danyaal admitted he called Robinson "scum", but said he was antagonised by Robinson's "aggressive" gang.
He said he spoke to a police officer after he claims he was shoved and was told to head to his appointment and call 999 if he thought he was being followed.
He said that I was aggressive and I couldn't do s**t so I just threw the milkshake in his face

But moments after leaving, he claims he was confronted again.
He told the Sunday publication: "They came running after me. At that point I was scared for my life. He said I'd assaulted a woman, which wasn't true. He said that I was aggressive and I couldn't do s**t so I just threw the milkshake in his face."
Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, was also targeted with a long range shake shot on the streets of Bury, Greater Manchester, on Wednesday.
A short clip shows his cronies shout "kno*bhead" at the attacker who Robinson later called “some Muslim supporter”.
Robinson is hoping to become an MEP for the North West of England following elections for the European Parliament on May 23.
Danyaal said he was "worried" that Robinson would "have a chance getting elected", but said he was keeping his head down
He said: "I'd be willing to bury the hatchet with Tommy. I guess we could shake on it."
A spokesperson for Cheshire Police said: "We are aware of an allegation of assault made following an incident in Bridge Street in Warrington this afternoon. We are looking into the circumstances."
