WITH 21 kids, the Radfords are officially Britain's biggest family so they need tonnes of space to house them all.

Supermum Sue, 43, has given their fans a tour of the huge home they share in Morecambe, Lancashire.

Sue and Noel, 47,  live in a 10-bedroom former care home, which they bought for £240,000 in 2004.

The eldest two children, Chris, 30, and Sophie, 25, no longer living at home.

Living in the house is Chloe, 23, Jack, 21, Daniel, 19, Luke, 18, Millie, 17, Katie, 15, James, 14, Ellie, 13 and Aimee, 12.

The youngest of the brood Josh, 11, Max, nine, Tillie, eight, Oscar, seven, Casper, six, Hallie, three, Phoebe, two, 18-month-old Archie, and four-month-old Bonnie are also under the same roof.

The ever-growing family makes full use of the space, with several of the children crammed in the same bedrooms.

Despite being full to the brim, the home is immaculate and well looked after by stay-at-home mum Sue.

GROUND FLOOR

When visitors walk through the front door they'ree greeted by a giant storage unit that holds all the children's coats.

The hallway is cluttered with the family's stuff, with Sue admitting there's "stuff, stuff everywhere".

On the ground floor is their cosy living room; featuring an enormous leather sofa, fireplace and a toy box full to the brim.

Next is the kitchen; with a giant fridge, breakfast bar, oven and dishwasher.

But Sue isn't a fan of the impressive set up, saying: "I hate this kitchen but thankfully it's getting ripped out next month, so it's all going to be changed."

Their dining room has a whopping twelve seats and a highchair around a long table.

On this level there is also a small toilet and a huge shoe storage space, which has been expertly organised by Sue.

FIRST FLOOR

Up the first flight of stairs is the girls' room, which is shared by four sisters.

Small single beds belonging to Katie, Ellie, Aimee  and Tillie are all lined up in a row.

The pretty room is covered in a pink wallpaper with images of the Eiffel Tower.

Next door is the smallest room in the house which contains bunk beds shared by Josh and Max.

Also on this floor is Chloe's bedroom, which she has all to herself.

She has her own double bed and a widescreen TV in the corner.

Daniel, Luke and James share two bunk beds - constructed by Noel - in another room.

The boys have their own TV and an impressive computer game setup.

The kids have their own bathroom on this floor which features stained glass windows left over from the house's care home days.

TOP FLOOR

On the top floor is Noel and Sue's bedroom, which has a bed with a crushed velvet headboard, dressing table and stylish wooden beams on the ceiling.

Another boys' room has bunk beds for Oscar, Casper and a crib for Archie in the corner.

Hallie and Phoebe share small attic-style room on this floor.

There is also a washroom with the house's only bath, which Sue admits causes huge queues.

BASEMENT

In the hallway of the basement is a treadmill, which Sue jokes her husband bought during a "midlife crisis".

There is a laundry room featuring Sue's prized possession: a 18kg washing machine.

She says: "I love this washing machine, it's amazing. aA you can see it's on, it's always on."

Nine loads of washing are done each day, using 30 bottles of washing liquid every month and the family uses four toilet rolls per day.

The house's only spare bedroom is in the basement, currently being used as a makeup room by Chloe.

Millie, 17, and Jack, 21, have their own rooms with their own double beds on this floor.

In Jack's room he has a games chair and a gaming computer with three screens.

Sue and Noel plan to use it as a downstairs lounge when the kids eventually move out.
