MUM-to-be Meghan Markle’s due date is today, The Sun on Sunday can reveal.
She and Prince Harry are on standby but relaxed about the arrival of baby Sussex.
Harry, 34, still plans to attend today’s London Marathon to hand out medals and support runners.
Meghan, 37, has been staying close to home. Her mum, Doria Ragland, has been by her side at Frogmore Cottage, Windsor, for more than a week.
A royal source said: “It won’t be long now. Meghan’s really excited. Of course she’s nervous like any first-time mum but she and Harry can’t wait.”
“She’s been preparing for the birth – she wants it to be as natural as possible – and so has been practising hypnobirthing and breathing techniques with Harry.
“It’s been a huge support having her mum by her side and now she’s just getting as much rest as she can.”
The Sun understands that Meghan wants to stay at home for as long as possible once she goes into labour, but understands that the safest environment is a hospital.
When she goes into labour, she wants to remain at home for as long as possible.

Mystic Meg says...
IF born today, the baby will be a Taurus in a year when Taurus is by miles the leader in the zodiac pack.
The chart’s standout feature is that Uranus is in Taurus and stays there for seven years.
And, as Uranus is the planet of exploring the universe, this could be the first Space Age Royal.
Venus will be the ruling sign and today is in Aries alongside Mercury, the planet of the mind. So the baby should be attractive, smart and charming.
The other major planet influencer in this chart is Jupiter, in its own sign of Sagittarius. This gives the newborn a gift for making people laugh.
Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey has been put on standby – which is only 30 minutes from their Windsor home.
The source added: “The plan has never changed, Meghan has been very clear what she wants. She is taking medical advice daily and she and Harry are very flexible and will be guided by their team.
“When she goes into labour, she wants to remain at home for as long as possible but she’s in a situation where if something did go wrong and she had to be whisked to hospital, she would be.
“There have been some ridiculous things said about her birth plan.
“Yes, she would like a female-led delivery, but the suggestion that the Queen’s doctors have been banned is just not true.
“Alan Farthing and Guy Thorpe-Beeston are involved in the planning and in the team as a whole, and it just depends how it all goes on whether they’re needed.”

The couple have always insisted publicly they do not know if they are having a boy or a girl. But Meghan reportedly told pals at her New York baby shower she was having a boy.
The baby is set to become the biggest Instagram starr to date.
Experts believe the first image of the newborn will be posted on the picture sharing site after the couple recently set up an account.
