Michael Jackson's sister made the bombshell claims decades before explosive documentary Leaving Neverland aired
LATOYA Jackson claimed she saw a $1m cheque written to the parents of “Jimmy Safechuck” 25 years before Leaving Neverland aired.
Speaking to radio host Howard Stern, LaToya blasted the families of her brother Michael’s alleged victims for “soliciting their children.”
The singer made the comment in 1993 after her famous sibling was accused of child molestation by 13-year-old Jordan Chandler.
LaToya said her mother Katherine showed her cheques allegedly written to the Safechuck family two decades before James would publicly accuse Michael Jackson of child sexual abuse.
She said: “My mother was the one who showed me the cheques which were written. I didn't understand it.
“Do you know how much the amounts were for? A million dollars.”
She continued: “She said 'Look at it good. Do you know who this is?'
"She goes 'this is Jimmy Safechuck. This is the little boy who comes over here that stays with him and stays in that room.

“And he locks himself up in the room with him and he sleeps in the same bed with him.
"I said, 'sleeps in the same bed as him? And she goes 'yes, what do you think they do up for there LaToya?"
Michael's older sister made the bombshell claims about the Safechuck family 20 years before James would launch a civil action against the Jackson estate alleging years of abuse.
This year, his sensational allegations that he was raped from the age of 10 by the superstar singer were documented in explosive film Leaving Neverland.
After LaToya's claims, legendary shock jock Stern and his co-host Robin Quivers discussed what the alleged payments could be for.
Stern said: “The way I see it, it's given to the parents. It's not given to the kids."
Robin asked LaToya: "And you're not saying this is a payoff to keep them quiet after they start to blab? This is payment before?"
Howard then says: "It's almost like while it's going on."
LaToya replies: "Thank you. Yeh, Howard got it.”
Howard continues: "It's almost like 'look here's a million bucks - come on let me play with your kid.'"
LaToya said: "Howard got it. Apparently, I'm not saying it is, but apparently it was to buy their silence for their children. Why else would it be?"
“I'm saying this because these kids they're infatuated. He shows them the world and he puts them on big planes and flies them around.
“However, what happens later on life? When they get too old and he tosses them to the side after 13 or whatever, and says 'you're too old for me' and he goes on to another one."
When Stern’s producer Gary says a lawyer phoned in saying that the parents are committing a "felony" for accepting money "for something like that” LaToya agreed, saying: "The parents are just as guilty.
“And they will go to prison as well. They are just as guilty of the crime.
"They are soliciting their children."
Speaking of Michael’s celeb defenders, LaToya said: “If it wasn’t Michael, if it was any other person on the street doing this the first thing they would say is ‘this guy should be under the jail cell.’
She added: “They don’t know. They didn’t live with him. He never had little girls over.”
LaToya also insisted there were other children who had not come forward.
She said: “I know for a fact that there are a lot of children which are a lot older now and they probably have girlfriends and they are afraid and embarrassed because they don't want anyone to know that that happened to them when they were so infatuated at a young age.”
LaToya eventually reconciled with her family and withdrew the allegations.
Jordan Chandler withdrew his allegations when Jackson paid him a reported $23million.
In the years following the claims, more accusers have come forward to allege sexual abuse against the Billy Jean singer.
Documentary Leaving Neverland featured allegations from two of Jacko's former child companions Wade Robson and Safechuck who claim they were molested by the star.
Jackson strongly denied all allegations of sexual abuse made against him.
His estate has called Leaving Neverland "one-sided."
