RAPPER 50 Cent has just sold his lavish 21-bedroom mansion at a £12million LOSS since he bought it from Mike Tyson in 2007.
The palatial pad with, nine kitchens and 25 bathrooms, in Connecticut is being sold for £2.3million - all of which will be donated to charity.
Boasting an indoor pool, outdoor infinity pool, hot tub, nightclub, indoor basketball court, multiple games rooms, a recording studio, gym, conference room, home cinema, helicopter pad, casino, lake and a grotto inspired by the Playboy Mansion.
But despite the luxury amenities, the musician has been struggling to sell and has cut the price numerous times to flog it.
STRUGGLE TO SELL
The most recent asking price was £3.8million, and it had also been listed for rent at £77,000-a-month.
The rapper actually forgot he owned the huge property in Farmington when it was burgled in 2017.
He wrote on Instagram: "What my house got robbed . . . I thought I sold that MF. LOL.”
Boxer Mike Tyson bought the mansion back from his ex-wife Monica Turner for £31.million after he gave it to her in a divorce settlement in 2003.
Speaking to Oprah Winfrey in 2012, 50 Cent said buying the home from the boxing icon reminded him of the importance in watching where his money was going.
He said: "Mike earned over $400 million ... he sold the property to me when he couldn’t keep it.
"So it keeps you conscious of it. I never understand how artists get in a great situation and then not have time to count money.
"Like, I have plenty of time. I’ll sit down and count the money with the accountant."
