PARIS Jackson has been regularly visiting horse therapists she credits with helping her through her troubled teenage years, as she battles her “suicide demons”.

She has returned to see owners Derek and Melissa Barney, who were her tutors and residential carers at the Alpine Academy in Utah where she spent almost two years after a reported suicide attempt in 2013.

Paris hit back at reports she attempted suicide in Los Angeles last weekendAfter "graduating" from the Academy in 2015, she has been receiving regular mentoring from the therapists, who specialise in equine treatment for troubled teens, a source told Sun Online.

Meanwhile her mum Debbie Rowe has apparently undertaken a masters degree in horse therapy and mental health in a bid to help her daughter.

Paris blasted reports at the weekend that she had attempted suicide in response to the explosive Leaving Neverland documentary claims that her father Michael abused boys.

The 20-year-old tweeted “f**king liars” in response to a that alleged she tried to slit her wrists - but LA cops confirmed they were called to a "suicide call" at her home.

Paris is believed to have suffered from depression since her dad’s 2009 death.

Since her first stint at the Alpine Lodge she has met up with therapists couple Derek and Melissa numerous times, a source revealed.

You guys are my world and I love you to infinity and beyond

The caring couple, who have kids of their own, have travelled to Los Angeles and made trips to Paris’s “recovery” ranch in Longview, Texas, where her legal guardian, TJ Jackson and wife Frances, own a place.

They’ve all been on road trips together to Orange County and Las Vegas to see a rock show.

In July 2016, Paris even went back to Utah for a reunion with staff and former pupils at the alumni weekend.

Paris credits Derek and Melissa for saving her life, saying in a Facebook message seen by Sun Online: “You guys are my world and I love you to infinity and beyond.”

The close relationship Paris has shared with her mentors has the thumbs up from TJ and Frances, whose home in Longview is where Paris often goes to chill out and ride horses.

They were all at her graduation party in Utah and are Facebook friends.

“Paris has been in touch with Melissa and Derek since she graduated and visited them last year," a source said.

“They’ve met up in California, Vegas and Texas – as well as Utah - since Paris graduated from the programme.

“She has a lot of love for them and credits them with helping her through a really difficult patch in her life.

“They love her like a daughter – she really became a part of their family for the time she was with them.

“They were really sad to see her go when she graduated but have kept in contact since.

“Of course they worry about her – they worry about all the girls who have gone through the programme.

“But they think she is an amazing young woman who has the strength to work through her issues.”

DEBBIE ROWE'S NEW MAN

Meanwhile mum Debbie has been keeping a low profile back at her Painted Desert Ranch in Palmdale, 60 miles from Los Angeles, since her breast cancer diagnosis in the summer of 2016.

But the former nurse has quietly gone back to studying, doing a masters in mental health and equine therapy at Prescott College in Prescott, Arizona.

Since September 2017, she's been combining study in Arizona with caring for her beloved horses back at her working ranch.

Jacko's ex-wife has also formed a close bond with so-called energy healer Fernando Acosta - credited with helping win her cancer fight.

Fernando, 49, also claims on his blog to have cured back pain, eye infections and dogs from limping by using solar energy.

In one Facebook photo of the pair sat together on Debbie’s couch with a Labrador, Fernando extols the powers of the animal, captioning the pic: “A dog is the nearest approach to the sweet submissive spirit God would have in the highest form. He only is faithful because he believes in you, as God would have us believe in Him.”

In another snap from July, the couple are seen with their arms around each other, with friends commenting about how great they appear together, with one saying: "Lookin' good guys.”

A source said: “Fernando has been guiding Debbie through her worst two years since Michael died.

“Debbie’s relationship with Paris has been up and down but she wants to do everything she can to help her daughter.

“When friends ask how Debbie is after her cancer battle, Fernando says her ‘smile and aura vibrates at a higher frequency.’”

Sun Online reached out to Paris’s rep for comment.
