Brutal serial killer ‘butchered 11 women and raped the corpse of one he’d beheaded’ to ‘avenge his wife’s cheating’

Bakhtiyor Matyakubov, 45, has already been sentenced to life in Ukraine for three murders

A BRUTAL convicted serial killer allegedly butchered 11 women and raped the corpse of one victim he'd beheaded to avenge his wife “cheating on him”.

Bakhtiyor Matyakubov, 45, raped most of his victims either before or after killing them in three countries, it is alleged.

Evil Matyakubov - said to have "hated women from childhood" - has already been sentenced to life in Ukraine after being convicted of committing three murders.

He is now facing a trial in Moscow over the deaths of a further five women, says the country’s Investigative Committee.

In one horrific case, he decapitated a victim, then had sex with her headless corpse, cops allege.

Among his victims was Yulia Lebezhina, 26, a sex shop saleswoman who he is accused of stabbing 20 times, according to Russian prosecutors.

He then stole money and a sex toy from the shop, it is claimed.

Matyakubov is later due to be extradited to his native Uzbekistan, where he's accused of killing three more women.

In a Moscow park, he killed and raped hitchhiker Yulia Antipova, 36, whose body was not found for three years, it is alleged.

He is also accused of killing Elmira Gusenko, 40, in another park, in early 2015.

On a trip to Ukraine, he raped and killed three women in ten days, according to the verdict of a Kiev court.

One of his victims was a 77-year-old woman.

Flower seller victim survived

A police video from Kiev shows him explaining to police how he killed a victim and left her body.

He also attacked and robbed a flower seller who survived.

By April 4 in 2015, he had returned to Russia, where he is accused of killing and raping Natalia Yelkina, 34, allege prosecutors.

Four days later came his suspected attack in the Dzhaga-Dzhaga sex shop.

Evidence includes chilling CCTV footage of this brutal killing.

He then fled back to Ukraine where he was detained while drinking beer in a cafe.

Police Major-General Alexander Tereshchuk said: “During his interrogation it was established that he had a hatred of women since childhood.”

He apparently told arresting officers: “If you had not detained me, I would have committed another murder.

“I planned a murder tonight, and I would not stop.”

The Kiev police chief said that they had contacted Uzbekistan colleagues and were told of his alleged crimes in his native country.

He was accused of “brutally killing a woman with a knife, cutting off her head, and then raping her,” he said.

The unemployed man was married - and has a son aged 21 -  but became convinced his wife had cheated on him, said cops, according to Mash online news.

This was seen as “the main motive" for his alleged murders.

Russian police said earlier they suspected the “maniac” had committed more killings.
