A BEAUTY queen has told of the "horror movie moment" a stalker tried to kiss her after driving 200 miles to ambush her at the Miss England finals.
Sick Jonathan Deal, 39, was caged for 23 weeks after distraught Samantha Bumford complained to cops after he appeared at the pageant claiming to be her boyfriend.
After breaking past security and trying to kiss her on stage, he told her she "only did well because the judges thought you were my girlfriend".
The fiend was locked up after it emerged he had nine previous offences relating to harassment and stalking.
Traumatised Samantha revealed she broke down in court when she heard about the offences.
She told the : "I felt physically sick that this guy had got anywhere near me.
"Why wasn’t this monster behind bars? Once I knew his history I was so scared I couldn’t leave the house alone.

Obsessed Deal cornered her on stage within seconds of her finishing in the Miss England top 20 in Nottingham - and immediately tried to kiss her.
"It was like a horror movie. He jumped out and grabbed me. I was terrified. It was fairly dark and he was yelling at me, shouting ‘unblock me’.
"I was startled by a glass smashing and when I span round he grabbed me. He told me how proud he was of me. He held me by the arms and body and then went in for a kiss on the lips.

Speaking after the creep was locked up last week, Dorset Police DC Neil Causebrook said: "Jonathan Deal became obsessed and fixated with Samantha Bumford and his behaviour escalated over a very short period of time.
"He stalked and harassed her and caused her a great deal of concern and distress.
"I hope the sentence handed out by the court today will reassure Samantha that she can go about her life without fear of being harassed by Deal again.
"If he breaches the restraining order he will find himself back before the court."
