MEGHAN Markle's half-brother has told how the Duchess of Sussex was "always a princess growing up" - and begged her to give dad Thomas another chance.
Thomas Markle Jr, 52, revealed their father, 74, is "desperate" to mend ties with his estranged daughter - and is terrified he won't meet his grandchild.
He told New! magazine: "My number one message for Meghan would be to reach out to her father.
"It would mean the world to him to be back in her life and be part of his grandchild's life.
"She was always a princess and never a tomboy."
The interview comes just weeks after Meghan asked Thomas Sr to stop his “painful attacks” on Prince Harry in an emotional hand-written letter.
She was always a princess and never a tomboy.

She wrote: "We all rallied around to support and protect you from day 1, and this you know.
"So to hear about the attacks you’ve made at Harry in the press, who was nothing but patient, kind, and understanding with you is perhaps the most painful of all."
In full explosive extracts revealed in the Mail on Sunday, Meghan tells her "daddy" he broke her heart into "a million pieces".
She writes that Thomas has caused her “unwarranted pain” while claiming that he never called her to say he wasn’t coming to her wedding.

Thomas Jr also hit out at Meghan's half-sister Samantha - describing her as "bitter and negative."
He added: "She was very jealous of Meghan from the very beginning and still to this very day."
"I wouldn't believe anything that's written in there [her upcoming book on Meghan]."
"He [Thomas Sr] has even said to me 'I wish Babe [Samantha's nickname] would shut her mouth already and be quiet'."
Kensington Palace has been approached for comment.
