Keep jihadi bride Shamima Begum out of Britain — let her try her luck in Bangladesh

JIHADI bride Shamima Begum must never set foot in Britain again.

It is sickening and yet predictable that, having joined a terror cult sworn to destroy the West, she now pines for our free healthcare.

Yes, she was only 15 when she left London. But she was old enough to know right from wrong — to know IS were an evil army of terrorist cut-throats.

Even now she has “no regrets” about supporting the Islamist butchers as they raped and massacred women and children and beheaded hostages. She seems proud she was unmoved by the sight of an enemy’s head in a bin.

No remorse. No tears for the family life she abandoned in Bethnal Green. No nostalgic longing for our food, telly or shops. No hint her mind has changed.

Begum simply no longer has “high hopes” IS will survive and wants taxpayers to look after her and her baby.

We won’t.

Security Minister Ben Wallace rightly won’t lift a finger. He says she will face justice if she turns up. Let’s go further: Strip her of her citizenship. Stop her at the border. She is eligible to become Bangladeshi. Let her try her luck there.

Begum would eradicate our way of life if she could. Why should we pay to house or police her?

SHAME on the MPs backing today’s mass school truancy dressed up as a “climate strike”. What is the point of it?

Britain has cut its greenhouse gas emissions by 42 per cent since 1990, faster than almost every other major nation, even as they have risen globally.

Yet schoolkids nationwide will walk out over “an alarming lack of Government leadership” on climate change.

It is politically-motivated drivel.

You’d expect the Green Party to support it. They’d love to scrap air and road travel and grow all Britain’s food on allotments (which, even if we did, would have almost no effect on the global climate).

But why is the ambitious Lib-Dem MP Layla Moran, a former teacher, irresponsibly indulging this naïve protest and encouraging kids to skive off?

WHAT possesses leaders of our supposed allies to casually abuse Britain?

Holland is a fabulous place. We share much with the Dutch. Yet their PM Mark Rutte belittles us as “a weakening country on the wane . . . too small to appear on the world stage on its own”.

What a time he has picked, with the EU facing recession and a populist uprising, to try to talk up staying in it. And what damage he and other leaders do to the goodwill between us with their constant attacks on our Brexit decision.

Can anyone imagine Theresa May mocking Holland’s prospects? Of course not.
