Meghan Markle challenged to take lie detector test by sister Samantha in row over dad’s bombshell letter
The Duchess of Sussex wrote a letter to her dad Thomas Markle, begging him to stop 'victimising her'
MEGHAN Markle has been challenged to take a lie detector test by her half-sister after her bombshell letter to their dad was revealed.
The Duchess of Sussex had written to beg her father Thomas Markle, 74, to stop "victimising" her and speaking to the press after she married Prince Harry last May.
The letter's existence was revealed when five of Meghan's pals anonymously spoke out to defend pregnant Meghan, 37, saying she had tried reaching out to her dad but instead been met with a request to do a photo shoot together.
This week, Thomas Markle released excerpts of the letter that saw her rebuff claims she had never reached out to him.
In the note, Meghan also told of her hurt at Samantha’s “lies”. She wrote: "You fixated and clicked on the lies they were writing about me, especially those manufactured by your other daughter, who I barely know. You watched me silently suffer at the hand of her vicious lies. I crumbled inside."
I would challenge her to take a lie detector test anywhere on the planet with investigators that are not paid by her to skew the results

But Samantha, 54, has today hit back, : "She says she doesn’t know me and she lied and said she was never close to my dad… if pointing out that what she says are all lies breaks your heart, too bad because what I’m saying is the truth."
She added: "I would challenge her to take a lie detector test anywhere on the planet with investigators that are not paid by her to skew the results.
"Quite frankly I had faith in her on and off to do the right thing by her dad but I’m sick of the bulls**t."
Samantha yesterday also unleashed a string of cruel tweets, saying: "If I had 600 mill she would care."
She later added: "He did try to contact her she was the one who ignored him and all of us. She can write all the fake, contrived letters she wants to show off her penmanship but that’s all it is."
WHAT THE LETTER SAID
In the note, sent in August, Meghan addressed her father as “Daddy” before accusing him of breaking her heart “into a million pieces” by allegedly lying in the press and publicly attacking her husband Prince Harry.
In the handwritten note, Meghan said: "We all rallied around to support and protect you from day 1, and this you know.
“So to hear about the attacks you’ve made at Harry in the press, who was nothing but patient, kind, and understanding with you, is perhaps the most painful of all.
“For some reason you choose to continue fabricating these stories, manufacturing this fictitious narrative, and entrenching yourself deeper into this web you’ve spun.
“The only thing that helps me sleep at night is the faith and knowing that a lie can’t live forever."
