Heartbroken pals of tragic model mum-of-four, 36, who killed herself after she was called a ‘fat ugly c***’ call for troll to be arrested
One pal said she hoped 'the parasite's choking on fear' in reference to the troll who targeted Alli MacDonnell
HEARTBROKEN pals of model mum-of-four Alli MacDonnell have called for the vile troll who targeted her to be arrested.
Alli, 36, took her own life after revealing she was “pushed to the edge” over the comments and warned the troll to “stay the f**k away”.
The Irish model had posted on social media to highlight her torment just hours before her death.
She wrote: “Why is it ok for a man to call a girl a fat ugly c***?????? Seriously new level of pushing someone to the edge.”
In a series of other posts seen by the Irish Sun, traumatised Alli had pledged to reveal “every abusive message” she had been sent, and begged her troll to “stay the f**k away and don’t ever message me again”.
Following her heartbreaking death, friends of the popular model have joined together in a call for justice to be served.

One person writing on social media said: “I hope whoever her troll was is charged with her cause of death… … I hope he’s choking on fear right now the parasite … he must go to jail for this.”
Another said: “Such a tragedy and I hope the person or persons are charged for their disgusting behaviour. People need to realise their words have the ability to both lift up and crush a person.”
Another wrote: “Absolutely devastating news! Trolling and verbal abuse should be a prosecutable crime. Rest In Peace”
While one added: “Perhaps new legislation and an investigation is needed…… very sad news.”
TRIBUTES TO POPULAR MUM-OF-FOUR
Fashion circles have been rocked by the mum’s death with tributes flooding in on social media.
Public Relations professional and event manager Sonia Harris said: “I’m in utter shock. I can’t believe Alli is gone. I just can’t believe it. My heart goes out to (her kids) Alex, Sara, Harry and Siena. Too sad. RIP Alli MacDonnell.”
FM104 DJ Crossy said: “RIP Alli… x Shocked…. Such a beautiful person.”
Fitness expert David Branagan said: “I’m so sorry. Such a beautiful person inside and out. I really can’t believe I’m hearing this news.”
Actor and comedian Fran Winston said: “For a second when I woke up I thought yesterday’s terrible news about the lovely Alli MacDonnell had been a dream but then realised it wasn’t.
“I wish you could see all the wonderful things people are saying about you.”
AUTISM CAMPAIGNER
Alli, from Rathfarnham, had campaigned for autism charities since her son nine-year-old Harry was diagnosed with the condition in 2016.
She described her kids, who also included Alex, 17, Sara, 15, and two-year-old Siena, as her “world” on her Instagram page.
Last August Alli spoke about her life as a single mother — from her son’s diagnosis to how she balanced her work as a model — during a live podcast for RTE at The Little Museum of .
Opening up about her “struggle to juggle”, she said: “I get up every morning I put one foot in front of the other . . . from the moment I wake up in the morning it’s go, go, go until I fall into bed.”
