PRINCE Harry has revealed he takes tips from his wife Meghan Markle as he now mediates "every day".
The Duke of Sussex told a Buddhist monk that he can sometimes engage in the calming practice even "twice" on some days.
Harry was visiting the cafe-supermarket Number 7 in Merseyside with Meghan, when he opened up to 69-year-old monk Kelsang Sonam.
The royal couple were listening to people's experiences at the store that offers foods to those on lower incomes at reduced prices.
After hearing Harry's heartwarming revelation, Kelsang gave the 34-year-old Prince a copy of the book '8 Steps to Happiness', the reported.
The former US actress, who is a well-known yoga fan, cradled her baby bump throughout today's visit.
According to reports, Meghan requested Frogmore Cottage in Windsor be kitted out with its own mother-and-baby yoga room complete with a "floating" floor.
A source previously told the yoga "brought calmness to her life".
"Meghan has kept up her own routine during pregnancy and many experts say gentle stretching is highly beneficial for babies too."
Meghan's mum Doria Ragland is even a trained yoga instructor and is also believed to have introduced Prince Harry to the practice.
Meghan had told delighted fans in Birkenhead that she and husband Prince Harry didn't know whether they were having a boy or girl - instead wanting it to be a surprise.
But she did reveal to excited crowds she was about six months pregnant.
If the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's baby is born in April, the tot could share a birthday with Prince Louis, who was born on April 23, or even the Queen, who was born April 21, 1926.
Kensington Palace announced last year the couple's baby was due in the Spring of 2019, with her due date heavily tipped to be March.

But Meghan's comments to fans reveal she is further along in her pregnancy than previously thought.
The 37-year-old seemed in good spirits for her first royal engagement of the year with husband Prince Harry - wearing a bright red and purple outfit.
Her stunning ensemble included a £107 paired with a red £1,085 Sentaler coat and £1,950 Gabriela Heart bag.
She also wore a bracelet by Bar Jewellery, a young up and coming Brit designer.
